The Glam Van packages start at $1000. The standard event experience is 90 minutes (Basic Glam) or 2 hours (VIP Glam Plus) and is designed for up to 8-10 guests. The exact services selected for the event will be listed below or confirmed in writing. Additional guests, added services, or additional event time are subject to an additional charge and availability.

A reservation is not considered secured until the required booking payment has been received and this contract has been signed. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule confirmed at booking. Any unpaid balance must be satisfied before services begin unless The Glam Van agrees otherwise in writing.

Booking payments are applied toward the reserved event date and time. Client-requested cancellations or rescheduling are subject to The Glam Van's written cancellation/rescheduling terms provided at booking. Any approved rescheduled date is subject to availability. If The Glam Van must cancel and cannot provide a mutually acceptable replacement date, amounts paid for services not provided will be refunded.

Your event can be rescheduled only once, based on availability, and at least 3 weeks prior to the original booking date.

The client is responsible for providing a safe, legal, reasonably level, and accessible parking location for the van near the event. The area must allow safe entry and exit for guests and must not block traffic, fire lanes, driveways, or restricted areas. Any parking permits, venue approvals, gate access, or similar permissions are the client's responsibility.

The booking client is responsible for the invited guests and for ensuring that a responsible adult is available for children during the event. Guests must follow reasonable safety and conduct instructions. The Glam Van may stop or modify an activity when reasonably necessary for safety, behavior, allergies, product sensitivity, equipment concerns, or other unsafe conditions.

The client agrees to notify The Glam Van before services begin of known allergies, skin sensitivities, open wounds, medical restrictions, or other concerns relevant to the selected activities. The Glam Van may decline a particular product or activity when there is a reasonable safety concern.

The client is responsible for damage to The Glam Van's vehicle, furnishings, equipment, or supplies caused by the client or invited guests beyond ordinary wear and tear. Excessive cleaning or repair costs caused by misuse, intentional damage, or prohibited items may be charged to the client to the extent permitted by law.

The Glam Van will make reasonable efforts to arrive and perform as scheduled. Severe weather, unsafe road conditions, mechanical issues, accidents, government restrictions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may require delay, relocation, rescheduling, or cancellation. The parties will work in good faith toward a reasonable solution.

The booking client understands that mobile spa and party activities involve ordinary risks. Parent/guardian participation waivers may be required for minor guests. Nothing in this contract is intended to waive liability that cannot legally be waived, including liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Event photography or video for The Glam Van's marketing or social media will only be used when appropriate permission has been obtained. The client may decline marketing photo/video permission without affecting the booking.
