Due to the limited space on the party bus, parents are not allowed to stay on the bus while the activities are taking place. However, parents are welcome to take photos before, during, and after the party to capture the special memories. Our team of professional spa party hosts will ensure that the party runs smoothly and that all guests will be taken care of during the duration of the event.

Our mobile spa parties can be held at your home, a park, or any other location of your choice. We'll come to you, so you can relax and enjoy the party without worrying about transportation.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel your spa party, please let us know as soon as possible. For cancellations made more than 3 weeks in advance, we will provide a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the party may result in a cancellation fee of $300.

In the event that the party needs to be canceled due to inclement weather or mechanical failure, we will work with you to reschedule for a future date at no additional cost.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This ensures your selected date and time are reserved exclusively for your event.
